What is an agency account?
Your agency account is your security company in ORVATRIX: your employees, sites, schedules and administration. The free plan includes one.
What is a client account?
A client account is a business or property owner you provide security services to, along with its sites and contacts. The free plan includes up to five.
What happens when I need more than five client accounts?
Contact sales about a paid plan. Your agency record stays the same, so nothing has to be re-entered when you move up.
Are paid plan prices published?
Not yet. Paid plans are sized to your agency, so pricing is set with our sales team. Contact sales for a quote.
Is a branch the same as a separate company?
No. A branch is an operational account inside your agency. If you run more than one legal company, talk to sales about how to set that up.
