Most agencies keep the business side in pieces: an employee binder, a client spreadsheet, contracts in email, license expirations on a whiteboard. Agency Administration gives those records one structure, so the office stops rebuilding the same answer every time someone asks.
Who uses it
What it is built to fix
Records live in too many places
Employee details, client contacts and contract terms are spread across files, inboxes and personal phones. Finding one answer takes three people.
Credential lapses surface too late
A guard card or certification expires and nobody notices until a client or regulator asks. The fix is a scramble instead of a reminder.
Billing depends on memory
Bill rates, site terms and invoice timing sit in someone’s head. When that person is out, invoices slip and cash flow follows.

Agency Administration FAQ
Straight answers about what it does and where its limits are.
Is Agency Administration a full payroll system?
No. It is designed to organize the records and approved hours that payroll depends on. Payroll processing itself is handled by your payroll provider. Integration options will be published as they are confirmed.
Can different administrators see different branches?
Access is designed to be scoped by role and by operational account, so a branch administrator works within their branch while owners see the whole agency.
Does it tell me which licenses my state requires?
No. ORVATRIX helps you record and track the credentials your agency requires. Licensing requirements vary by state and service type, so confirm them with your regulator or a qualified attorney.
What is the difference between an agency account and a client account?
Your agency account is your company in ORVATRIX. Client accounts are the businesses and properties you provide services to. They are kept separate so client information never mixes with agency administration.
